This is the cake I made for a friend's daughter, little Chloe who is turning 6 this month. This cake is not perfect as I don't have proper mold for this jelly cake. She was so delighted to see this "not perfect" jelly cake. She hugged and kissed me and told me she loved me. I am so glad that this "not perfect" jelly cake brought such a big smile on Chloe's face. Happy Birthday to little Chloe.
