Pork belly with salted fish



Here the recipe for my Pork belly with salted fish. Please add the taste according to your own taste. Normally i only agak agak my own and never measure the exact seasoning. This is my signature dish and everyone like it. Next time cook for you all if have chance! 


Ingredients:
500g belly pork, diced and marinated with some soy sauce
30g salted fish, slice thinly
6 cloves garlic, chopped
Seasonings
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2tsp sugar
1/2 bowl of  water


Method
1. Brown the salted fish in a non-stick pan with little oil, set aside.
2. Mix seasoning in a mixing bowl, set aside.
3. Heat the wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, saute garlic till aroma.
4. Add in pork, fried salted fish and seasoning, stir well for 15 mins.
5. Last add in green part of spring onion. 

6. Serve with steamed rice.

Hello Kitty Strawberry Cheese Cake



Happy Birthday to our little BIG girl! Shannon adds spunk, drama, love, and a unique way of viewing everything to our lives! She makes us laugh, and drives us batty sometimes, but we love her. Wouldn't trade her for anything or everything in the whole world! Happy Birthday!!!!  This cake is made with lots of love for her :D 



Ingredients:

(A)
500g Philly Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
600g Whipping Cream

(B)
1/2 cup Hot water
2 packets of Gelatin ( 7g per packet)

(C)
Strawberry puree 50g


Jelly:
300 ml Water
80g  Sugar
2 tsp Jelly powder


Method:

1) Mix Ingredient B and sift , set aside.
2) Beat Cheese with sugar for about 5 minutes add B mixture and beat for a little while.
3) Add whipping cream and beat till mixture begin to thicken.
4)  Add in strawberry puree and mix.
6) Pour the mixture in to the spring pan and place in fridge for about 4 hrs.

Decorate with a layer of jelly.

Cook water with sugar and jelly powder until boil. cool down and pour onto the cheesecake.

Mahi Mahi with Raspberry and Peach



Simple and healthy dinner!

Berrymisu


Now is the berries season....... I am in love with all the fresh fruits. Today make some berrymisu for this super hot summer day ! Champagne grapes are so tiny grapes......cute and sweet  :D

Ingredients:

(A)
25g Philly Cream Cheese
100g Sugar
300g Whipping Cream

(B)
1/4 cup Hot water
1 packets of Gelatin ( 7g per packet)

(C)
Strawberry puree 25g


1 pack Italian finger biscuits
Strawberry syrup 
Some fresh fruits and berries
Some apricot glaze



Method:

1) Mix Ingredient B and sift , set aside.
2) Beat Cheese with sugar for about 5 minutes add B mixture and beat for a little while.
3) Add whipping cream and beat till mixture begin to thicken.
4)  Add in strawberry puree and mix.
6) Pour some mixture in to the cup and put one layer of biscuit (dip finger biscuit in to the strawberry syrup)      then pour anther layer of mixture. Place in the fridge for about 2 hrs.
7) Decorated with fresh berries and apricot glaze. Enjoy !
