Osmanthus jelly 桂花果冻




Ingredients :

600 ml Water
160g  Sugar  
4 tsp Jelly powder
1.5 tsp Osmanthus flower 
2 tsp wolf berries 

Method: 

1. Mix sugar and jelly powder (A) . 
2. In a pot add in water and A bring to boil. 
3. Lower the heat and stir in osmanthus flower and wolfberries, off the flame. 
4. Pour into the Jelly mould and let it cool down then chill in the fridge for one hour or until the jelly is set.
