碱水粽 ( Kee Zhang)
除了肉粽, 碱水粽也是我想念的...... 这可是我第一次裹这碱水粽. 碱水粽可简单了. 材料只有糯米和红豆.
浸米时放一汤匙枧水浸1kg的糯米4小时以上或隔夜 , 沥干水分,再放两汤匙的枧水和少许的糖捞均匀,直接包,不必炒! 红豆是用现成的. 裹好后水煮三个小时.
QQ的碱水粽配上白糖, 黑糖, 椰糖或kaya 都好吃.
