碱水粽 ( Kee Zhang)
除了肉粽, 碱水粽也是我想念的...... 这可是我第一次裹这碱水粽. 碱水粽可简单了. 材料只有糯米和红豆.
浸米时放一汤匙枧水浸1kg的糯米4小时以上或隔夜 , 沥干水分,再放两汤匙的枧水和少许的糖捞均匀,直接包,不必炒! 红豆是用现成的. 裹好后水煮三个小时.
QQ的碱水粽配上白糖, 黑糖, 椰糖或kaya 都好吃.

端午节的到来让我想念妈妈做的肥肉粽,那油滋滋夹着一块半肥肉的大肉粽,肥肉已经融化在米粒里了,油油的米粒又松又软,配上栗子的甜香混合着粽叶的清香和眉豆,咸蛋黄,干贝,香菇的鲜香, 叫我吃完后还齿颊留香。。。。。这就是我想吃的家乡肥肉粽。家是那么的遥远,想吃肥肉粽,唯一的办法就是自己裹。趁学校假期,有三个小帮手的我终于鼓起勇气和大家一起分工合作裹粽子。也趁这机会让孩子们学习华人的传统文化。
这是我人生中第三次裹粽子,熟能生巧真的是裹粽子的技巧,我今年的粽子裹的有待进步。味道呢?? 每个人都赞不绝口但我裹的粽子始终还比不上我妈的粽子,,就是少了妈妈的味道!!! 在这西方国家有粽子吃已经是很幸福了!
